Reservation Deposit
A deposit of 1/2 of the rental fee is required to reserve
your property. We prefer personal checks. Checks are
to be made out to Beyond Yellowstone Rentals.
Reservations made 30 days or less to arrival require
full payment at the time of reservation.
Payment of Balance
The remaining 1/2 of the rent, the 7% Montana State
Accomodation Tax are to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

payment at the time of the reservation.
Damage/Security Depsosit
A Security Deposit in the amount of $_________ is required.
This amount will be pre-authorized and held on

Expiration date __________. Any or all of this may be used
in the event of damage to the property, theft of items from
the property or non-compliance with specific property rules
defined in the notebook kept at the house. Money may also
be held for the following reasons: 1) If more than normal
cleaning is required 2) If pets are present without the
explicit permission on the Guest Agreement. Montanan Law
requires: If within 3 days of the termination of the rental
agreement, the Management and/or cleaning personnel
have detected no problems, the full amount pre-authorized
and held on the card will be removed. If problems have
occured, the Owner and Management will determine what
portion of the Security Deposit will be retained and the
balance refunded. All refunds will be made within 10 days
of departure in accordance with Montana Law.
Please check the items for which you would like us to use the above credit card number
and they will be automatically charged to your card at the appropriate time.

NO PETS ARE AUTHORIZED ON THIS PROPERTY
SMOKING POLICY: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED IN ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES.
HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE: This is a rural property and native wildlife may visit the
property without warning. They should not be approached under any circumstances.
Additionally, there may be domestic farm animals present on rural properties. These
domestic farm animals should not be approached without permission of or supervision
by on-site management. This property may border the Yellowstone River or other body
of water, which can be very dangerous.
